HCETA students get the "Grand" treatment while training!
Students reside in 2 or 3 bedroom fully furnished Corporate apartments as part of your tuition at HCETA. We take pride in making your stay enjoyable and the HEO training the best in the country! No run down roach motels or tasteless continental peanut butter and rasin bread breakfasts while staying here!

Accommodations:
1. 2 or 3 bedroom fully furnished corporate apartments.
2. 27" color T.V.
3. DVD player.
4. Cable T.V. & Cable Internet (computer not included).
5. Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board.
6. Refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and dishwasher.
7. Private bathrooms (see floor plan above).
8. Local telephone (long distance calling not included).
9. Living room, dining room furniture, queen size beds & dressers.
10. 2 club houses, 3 swimming pools (1 salt water).
11. Putting green.
12. Tennis and full size basketball courts.
13. Jacuzzi
Basic student requirements while residing here:
1. No smoking inside apartments.
2. Students maintain the cleanliness of the apartment (no maid service).
3. Students will sign a rules and regulations document concerning the apartment/community area (these are really nice corporate apartments).
4. A $80.00 cleaning deposit per student will be held until the apartment is cleared and vacated. Deposits will be sent to the students application address when cleared usually the following week after departure.
Students breakfast and dinner meals are prepared by the student at your apartment or where ever you wish, with the meal money provided in your tuition price. Sundays meals are left up to the student (meal money is given out each Monday for 7 days).
Students lunch meal can be brought to the school or eat at a restaurant close by the training locations.
Transportation reimbursement up to $400.00 (most direct route) round trip transportation costs, (air, train, bus, car) receipts excluding meals or lodging, must be kept for repayment at graduation. The most direct route to HCETA and back home will be reimbursed.
HCETA provides transportation to the Academy / Field site and back to the apartment for students who arrived here by airplane only!
Students that drove their own vehicle to get here, are required to drive their own vehicle to the Academy or Field site.
