Heavy Construction Equipment Training Academy (HCETA), located in Phenix City, Alabama offers an entry-level heavy equipment training curriculum for the safe and effective operation of three different types of heavy construction equipment. Classroom study and field training on backhoes, bulldozers, and excavators result in student certification on all three types of heavy construction equipment.

Through the administration of class & field instruction, Heavy Construction Equipment Training Academy assures the certification of heavy equipment training operation is approved through HCETA's accreditation with the National Center for Construction Education & Research.
