Students completing HCETA's program receive a  National Certification from the NCCER.

HCETA trains students 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Students will train in the classroom for the first 2 weeks and then graduate to the field site for the next 2 weeks to perform real tasks on Level 3 equipment. No simmulators used here!

Students operate 10 hours a day x 4 days per tractor. Students operate their own tractor all day long, 10 hours a day Monday - Saturday while at the field site!

Having to sit and wait because your a quicker learner, work in buddy teams, or not enough tractors for everyone to use is wasting your time and money! We can't emphasize this enough!

You have to be on a real tractor, in a real operators seat all the time to effectively run a piece of equipment regardless of what those other places tell you!
Ask any real operator.
(seat time / skill = a better paid operator).

A total of 120 hours classroom and 120 hours tractor training are instructed. Students will operate their own Level 3 tractors for a total of 40 clock hours of training per tractor and never having to share tractors with other students or use a simmulator because of a lack of real tractors to use!

Students are graded by written and performance tested and maintaining a 70% passing score to graduate.

Tractor Certification:
1. Hydraulic Excavator - 40 hours of operation
2. Bulldozer - 40 hours of operation
3. Backhoe Loader - 40 hours of operation

Official items upon completion:

From the NCCER:*
1. Core Curriculum Certificate.
2. Official transcripts of training.
3. Wallet card.
4. Credentials listed in the National Registry.
 
From HCETA:
1. Certificate of HEO completion.

Technician Certificates for Level 3:
1. Hydraulic Excavator.
2. Bulldozer.
3. Backhoe Loader.
 
* Certifications are mailed to HCETA first, then distributed to the student.

HCETA will work with all contractors, utility companies etc. to tailor a program just for your companies.
