21 gun salute to veterans past, present
and future!

HCETA is not affiliated with any other schools in the USA / Canada.

On behalf of the President, Directors, and Faculty, we would like to thank you for your interest in the Heavy Construction Equipment Training Academy.

You have chosen a very rewarding field of expertise. Heavy construction equipment operators are faced with safety, operational, and maintenance challenges every day. In order to confidently address these numerous challenges, the operator requires a quality educational training program offered by HCETA. By rewarding you for your efforts, and enrolling in the quality educational program provided by HCETA, you will have the distinction of receiving three certifications to operate heavy equipment, upon your graduation.

HCETA and students alike, feel training in a "school environment" solely, minus the contractor, builds better confidence and assurance without being "under the gun" or the pressures that come with huge class numbers training format.

HCETA's intent is to train and certify the heavy equipment operator and "open their eyes" to the needed demand for properly trained equipment operators. In return, help them get good jobs and build excellent self esteem and ability that they really can use to compete in the basic level of heavy equipment operations.

HCETA students will gain the knowledge, confidence, and ability to be a valuable asset at most companies utilizing heavy equipment. HCETA's training and instruction will help the student to be effective and productive operating the equipment thus, rewarding the contractor with a "real trained operator" and not disgruntled students who attended a school and say,
"I wish I received more operating time on the equipment for the money I spent!

HCETA's business plan included an extensive search and need for a "Top Rate" HEO training facility and it wasn't hard to do. HCETA found a lot of places that tractor train and certify operators. After further investigations into these schools HCETA found an alarming rate of schools that cut corners and just "Familiarize" or play with arcade toy simmulators and Ipods instead of actually operating a real tractor!

This dog won't hunt when its time to prove yourself at an "on the job interview"

HCETA was created for the heavy equipment operator to be knowledgeable, skilled and a productive asset to any contractor in the industry.

HCETA trains it's graduates to be "top notch" in reflecting themselves, HCETA, NCCER and the industry as a whole!
